How long does it take?
Starter: 3–5 working days. Standard: 5–7. Plus: 7–10. These are estimates from when your content is ready and the scope is agreed. We confirm the schedule before starting; feedback delays and external approvals can add time.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, logo if you have one, photos, and an idea of what you want to say. We'll help you make a simple checklist.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your content and domain stay yours. You own your finished website once the project is paid in full, and we hand over the site files and access at that point. Third-party items keep their own licences. We'll confirm website access, domain registration, and handover details in writing before you commit.
Can you update it later?
Yes. Care starts at ฿590/month for standard static hosting, updates, and up to 30 minutes of small text or image edits. New pages, redesigns, paid tools, and unused edit time carrying over are not included. We quote larger changes first.
How do I pay?
Contact us to agree on your project first. Your quote will confirm the payment method, deposit, and balance due before work begins. Online checkout is not available yet.

Your content stays yours.
You retain ownership of the text, photos, and logos you supply. You confirm that you own them or have permission to use them on the website. Paying for the website does not transfer ownership of anyone else's materials.
Your domain, in your name.
Your domain is registered in your name. You can buy it yourself and give us the access needed for setup. If we arrange the purchase for you, we confirm the registration details and transfer control to you on request. We do not keep your domain in our own account long term. Registration and renewal costs are listed separately.
Ownership after full payment.
Ownership of the original website work created by Websabi transfers to you after full payment. Until then, that work stays with Websabi. Your supplied content and your domain remain yours throughout. Third-party assets and tools are covered by their own licences.
A clear handover.
After full payment, we provide your finished website files and the relevant account access or ownership transfers. Your quote states what is included, the handover date or timeframe, and any instructions or migration help. We transfer client-specific access securely; shared service accounts are not handed over.
Third-party costs, explained first.
Fonts, stock images, plugins, and other third-party tools keep their own licences. We tell you about any paid items before using them. You pay for agreed subscriptions and renewals needed for your site; these costs and any transfer limits are set out in your quote.
Care without a long-term lock-in.
You can cancel your care plan at any time with 30 days' written notice. For a fully paid website, we provide the current site files and relevant access for your move. The final service date, any outstanding charges, and any separately quoted migration work are confirmed in writing. Arrange replacement hosting before the care plan ends to keep your site online.
A say in our portfolio.
We may show the finished website and mention your business in our portfolio. If you would rather keep it private, tell us in writing and we will respect that. This does not give us permission to publish confidential information.
Honest expectations.
We build and test the website within the agreed scope. We cannot promise search rankings, visitor numbers, sales, or income. These depend on your market, content, promotion, and other factors outside the website build.

Before you commit, your written quote confirms the pages and features, revision rounds, timeline, price and applicable tax, payment method and schedule, cancellation and refund terms, third-party costs, and handover arrangements. Any extra work needs an agreed price before it begins.
